Travel Guide: GenevaAccommodationGeneva is classy, international and therefore expensive. It is also a beautiful city. I stayed there in March 2001, and the short list below is the result of my web-searching for medium-priced hotels. In the end I doubt I could have chosen better. The Hôtel des Tourelles is right next to the mighty Hôtel du Rhône. It is the only two-star hotel on the river. The rooms are small but well-equipped and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is included.A few tips:
